Directions for use:
To use Wella Color Charm T28 Natural Blonde Permanent Hair Toner, pre-lighten hair to the desired level before applying Color Charm Permanent Liquid Hair Toner. Mix 1 part Wella Color Charm toner with 2 parts of 20 volumes of Wella Color Charm developer. Apply to towel-dried hair and manifest for up to 30 minutes.
