Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you want to return your order or your order was not delivered on time or lost by Royal Mail we will fully refund you within 30 days.

We appreciate you buying from us. However, once an order is placed it can’t be cancelled. Nevertheless you can still  contact us if you want to cancel an order. We may out of discretion cancel the order. If we can’t cancel the order you have 30 days to return the order for a full refund.

If your order can’t be cancelled you may still be able to exchange it with another item or add additional items. Contact us to exchange or add more products to your orders. 

Please inform us first before returning an item. When you contact us we will give you information on how to return the item. The item must be returned with our return postal label. 

  • Email us first to obtain postage details. Attach images of the item when you contact us.  
  • The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery to you.
  • The item must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition.
  • If you return the item within 14 days for any reason, we will fully refund you including the postage.
  • If you return the item after 14 days but within 30 days we will refund you without the postage.
  • If the item is damaged by Royal Mail we will fully refund you including the postage.
  • We strongly recommend that you return the product to us by recorded delivery.

Refunds are issued once we received returned items. We also issue refunds if you didn’t receive your items at all. Once refunds are issued it usually takes 3 – 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) for your bank to process the payment. Depending on the bank you may receive the payment on the same day. Customers are refunded the same way they made the payment.
