Wella Color Charm 050 Cooling Violet Hair Toner has liquidfuse technology saturates, penetrates and fuses with the hair to deliver vibrant color that is exceptionally fade resistant. The extra mild formulation is ideal for creating delicate shades of blonde like platinum and beige and neutralizing unwanted warmth after lightening. Great for toning pure double processed blondes. Liquid Permanent Hair Color time tested formulations ensure consistent and predictable results.

Directions for use:Â To use Wella Color Charm 050 Cooling Violet Hair Toner pre-lighten the hair to the required level before applying the toner. Mix 1 part Wella Color Charm toning colour with 2 parts 20 volume Wella Color Charm developer. Apply to towel dried hair and develop for up to 30 minutes.

Great products although it’s a labeled as a toner it’s a permanent color. After lifting ur hair and on scalp with bleach then toning with this would be a very bad option. It is going to burn. Toners usually are semi permanent so that’s why they have a solution that works best. I suggest not using this until u wait a few days for ur scalp to regenerate. Also too strong for hair that’s getting bleached and toned I’d say only great for touchups. Ur hair will get dry. And the tone washes amour fast but it does work.
